Desired Skills & Experience

Successful sales experience in healthcare IT
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of verifiable sales performance selling software solutions directly to physician practices.

Working knowledge of healthcare industry and healthcare IT
The ideal candidate will be able to discuss the changes in healthcare and heatlhcare IT, including a working knowledge of EMR and PM systems.

High personal and professional integrity

Installation Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
Works with Implementation Specialist and client to schedule interface testing and installation before onsite implementation. Installs and configures White Plume software prior to implementation.  May also install other applications such as the GE MIK, SQL, SecureLink and other 3rd party software. Tests and tweaks the interface with the Practice Management System (PM) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) interface analyst to confirm that appointments and charges are received and handled appropriately. Conversions—Loading, configuring and testing software with the PM/EMR analyst and client.  Once live on new system, reconfiguring the balance of the PCs.

Secondary Responsibilities
Functions as a technical analyst to help with hardware setup questions and requirements and handles or participates in technical conference calls. Adds software to additional PCs for existing clients due to PC crashes, additional users, etc. Documents connections in Sage CRM system. Assists with new interfaces as available. Software installation and configuration. Interface testing. Assists with software upgrades as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

Troubleshooting installation and network security issues. Configuring applications to run on networks. Network security, identifying and resolving issues caused by insufficient permissions. Familiarity with services installation, registration and troubleshooting is a definite asset. Windows technologies including Windows 7, Windows Server and Active Directory.  64 bit operating experience is a plus. Commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a local network setting and terminal servers. PC hardware and peripherals. Ideal candidate will have solid trouble-shooting skills. Client/server applications and SQL databases. Must be organized and have the ability to multitask. Must have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Experience with practice management or electronic medical records software a plus.
