Our DSO has dropped from 66 days to 59 days since the ePASS implementation. Our cost per patient visit for billing and collections is down 4% in 2005 versus 2004. With labor being close to 70% of our overall billing office budget, the value of ePASS is in helping us do higher volumes of charge entry with fewer people. I assume that we will see other benefits down the line as a byproduct of sending out cleaner claims. |
